Registration

Q: When can I register for the conference?

Right now! Early-bird pricing (TCA members only) will be available now until June 30, 2024!

Q: When can I access the conference platform

Platform invites will be emailed in late October to the email that you registered with.

Q: What type of payment is accepted?
  • Register online using a credit card. Pay by check by using the early-bird registration form (TCA Members only).
  • DO NOT mail your check and registration after January 30.) Registration forms must be sent along with the check in order to process it in our system. Payments will be sent back, and individuals will not be registered if the registration form is not sent with payment.
  • Purchase orders are NEVER accepted as a form of payment.

Q: How do I cancel my registration?

You may submit a refund request at www.txca.org/refund, The deadline to submit for a refund is October 7, 2024. Requests submitted via email to staff will not be considered. A $50 administrative fee is deducted from all refunds and duplicate payments. Membership, ticket items, such as t-shirts and meal functions are non-refundable. Refunds are generally processed 6 - 8 weeks after the event closes. If your request is denied you will be notified in writing. Substitutions are permitted and must be submitted to info@txca.org.


Hotels

Q: When will I receive access to the discounted Hotel block?

The link to access the hotel block at the Dallas Sheraton will be included in the content of your registration confirmation email. Once Early Bird and Pre-Registration have closed, in early October, the link will be shared on the PGC website.

Conference Programs

Q: How do I access handouts?

We ask presenters to supply their handouts and presentations electronically before the conference so you can download what you need before you attend a session! If handouts are provided by a presenter, they will be accessible through the conference platform.

Q: Will the handouts be available after the conference is over?

Yes, handouts that TCA receives will be available online through the conference platform until December 31st, 2024.

Q: How many CE hours can I earn at the conference?

One (1.0) continuing education contact clock hour is given per program hour. Programs will be live during the conference, but some programs will also be available to earn continuing education via recording until December 31st, 2024.

Q: What type of CE hours can I earn at the conference?

All conference programs are eligible for LPC, NBCC, SBEC, LMFT, LCDC, SW, Psychologist/LSSP and School Psychologist continuing education hours. TCA meets the provider definition under LPC rules 681.140 (f) (1) and LMFT rules 801.261 (f) (1) for the requirement that 50% of continuing education hours be obtained from specific provider types.

Q: Where can I submit a conference survey?

You will have the opportunity to evaluate the programs online through the Conference platform. TCA will also email you a conference attendee survey after the event's conclusion.
