We want to say a big THANK YOU to all who joined us at PGC in Dallas this year. We hope you left feeling inspired and recharged! Here is a little bit of information we wanted to share post-conference:
- Certificates will be sent about 2 weeks after the conference. Be sure to keep an eye on the email you used to register. You can also submit changes to your certificate, if needed, during this time. Do not submit changes via email. If you don’t see your certificate in your inbox within that timeframe, please email info@txca.org
- Recorded programs will be available to view for credit through December 2024. You can access the programs through the CVENT attendee hub here. Just enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email to receive your code to log in. Click On Demand under the Schedule tab at the top of the screen to select a program. Once you have completed the recorded programs, you can request another certificate from info@txca.org, or wait for us to send the last batch just before the year is over.
- Conference refund requests will be processed 6-8 weeks post-conference. Please see our refund policy for more information
